A Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) is a person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT regulation and makes recommendations concerning Education, Out Patient (OP) Intensive Out Patient (IOP), Follow-up Testing, and Aftercare. SAP Solutions LLC is the first step to seeking support through crisis situations involving Alcohol and other Drugs.
